I had a wonderful experience at the Ambassador Hotel in Wichita. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially when I faced a payment hiccup at check-in. My room was beautifully maintained, and while there was some road noise, it didn't detract from my stay. The downtown location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions.

My stay at the Ambassador Hotel in Wichita was mostly enjoyable, marked by luxurious decor and an impressive level of service. though some noise disturbances did detract from my experience. The staff were genuinely accommodating, making me feel right at home. However, aspects like the room layout and limited parking options could use a bit of improvement.

Rooms

My large king room was spacious and boasted a beautiful city view, yet the mattress felt noticeably sloped, making it slightly uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, I found the absence of a refrigerator in the room surprising, especially given the premium price I paid.

My experience at the Ambassador Hotel Wichita was a mix of highlights and low points. While I enjoyed the impressive size of my room and the stylish decor, the breakfast service was painfully slow and somewhat disappointing. I would consider returning, but I hope to see improvements in service, especially in dining. 😕🍽️

My room was spacious, modern, and immaculate, though I did notice some minor oversights in amenities. The location was convenient for exploring downtown Wichita and enjoying the nearby attractions.

Rooms

I stayed in a spacious corner room with plenty of windows that offered amazing city views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, on par with higher-end Marriott hotels. I did notice the lack of towel bars, which seemed like an oversight given the hotel’s environmental efforts.
Service

The staff, especially the young woman at check-in, were exceptionally gracious and made me feel welcomed right away. They were responsive to my needs, though I did have a less than ideal experience with a server at the bar who wasn't very attentive.

I dined at the on-site restaurant, and the food was delicious—definitely a highlight of my stay. However, I felt that the service in the bar could use some improvement, as I waited quite a while for my meal.
Facilities

The hotel offered good amenities like a mini-bar and room service. I appreciated the quick check-in process, but the elevator was out of order upon my arrival, which was inconvenient. Also, it would be helpful to have better information about available services and locations of facilities like the ice machine.

However, there were some noise disturbances from outside, and I faced a few minor issues with the mini-bar and room amenities that could use improvement. Overall, I’d definitely consider returning, especially for the dining experience!
